This course was really enlightening to me because it reminded me of all the leadership traits I acquired in the military and it also exposed me to a new perspective on some that I had not considered before. Specifically, the EQ section was really important to consider. Once you leave the military many of the rank-and-file styles simply do not transfer into the civilian sector. I will continue to work on that transition. Thank you for the course. I really enjoyed it.

While some of the topics may appear to be common sense, this course does an excellent job of iterating the need to continuously evaluate yourself as a leader and focus on the fundamentals that will enable you to be calm, empathetic, and passionate. For anyone who has been in a leadership position, this will be a great reminder of the things you have done right; and cover the things you may have missed in the past.
